7. Prohibited Activities

SpinBet reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement agencies, where any of the above activities are identified.

8. Fraud Prevention and Security Monitoring

SpinBet employs advanced fraud detection and security monitoring systems to protect the integrity of its platform and the interests of its users. All account activity, transactions, and gameplay are subject to continuous monitoring for indicators of fraud, collusion, or policy violations.

Where suspicious activity is detected, SpinBet may place a temporary hold on the affected account, request additional documentation from the user, restrict access to certain platform features, or permanently close the account pending investigation. Users found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned from the platform, and all outstanding balances may be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gambling

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the user via an approved payment method following completion of all necessary verification checks.

12. Dispute Resolution and Complaint Handling

Users who wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of their experience with SpinBet should contact the customer support team in the first instance. SpinBet is committed to resolving all complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support, the user may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined by SpinBet’s licensing authority. SpinBet will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated in connection with a user complaint.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, being the jurisdiction in which SpinBet holds its operating license. Users in New Zealand acknowledge that they access the platform on this basis and agree that any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory and legal authorities as determined by SpinBet’s licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to consumers under New Zealand law, including rights arising under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, to the extent that such rights cannot be lawfully excluded or modified by contract.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between SpinBet and the user with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SpinBet’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. SpinBet may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity without the prior consent of users, provided that such assignment does not materially prejudice the rights of existing users.
